Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

We have had basement water / flooding several times over the past 20 years. We regularity flush the drain tiles every few years. The most recent occurred 1 year after the last flushing and a “clean” camera inspection. For years, we had been using a major Vancouver plumbing and drainage company who’s name begins with “M”. So we call in another company who’s name begins with “W”. They do their camera inspection and say it is a grade issue but the pipes are clean. Still not convinced, I call Pristine. Daniel and Andrew found the problems - foundation crack and plugged drain tiles. There were drain tiles that had never been inspected or cleaned. All the others before Pristine, just did a superficial inspection and clean. Perfect diagnosis. Practical solution to fix, not cheap but got it right. Repaired the crack, exposed the problem drain tiles, thorough clean and install new access pipes for the future. Work was promptly scheduled and finished on time. Daily updates and took the time to explain all the work. Awesome Pristine!
