stair lift services are extremely slow
They have been servicing my stair lift for about 3 years now and the call back is terrible. When I leave messages it can take 3-4 days to return the call, then 3 or 4 days to program a service call and more days to get the technician out to the house.
This last time, I had to make about 5 calls just to get a response, and twice I was told to call back because the receptionist was driving on the road. She did not even attempt to call me back! Finally after all these calls, she said she would consult with the chair maker to see if something could be done. A few days later I called again, and she said she would send a technician in the afternoon but he never showed up.
I will not be calling this company again.
While I was doing this over the space of 2 weeks, I found another company on the internet who responded within 20 minutes of my message, offered a possible solution to my problem and was ready to send somebody the same day to resolve the issue.
