I needed a handyman to prepare a for property for sale. Sam completed a number of odd jobs, including fixing a broken cupboard, which was missing key pieces; getting a toilet to stop running; refinishing a hardwood floor; and he repaired a ceiling leak. Sam was quick and effective. I highly recommend Sam for handyman-type jobs big or small.
