The day after we had a bad wind storm in Edmonton, Brad and his crew were out fixing roofs. My roof was severely damaged and I was on my way to the hardware store to get a couple of bundles of shingles so that I could temporarily patch it. As I was driving by the house he was working on, I stopped to as if he could give me a quote.
Without me asking, he offered to replace the the missing shingles as long as I did’t care about the colour.
When done, I asked him what I owed him. The answer was nothing, just consider his company when I was ready to replace my roof.
After getting several quotes, not only was Young Guns Roof better priced, but I knew I was dealing with a person and company with integrity.
My roof was completed today. It looks great. Like most other reviews, his crew did a great job of cleaning up after.
I would highly recommend them.

My rental home in Spruce Grove was hit by the terrible wind storm that came through a few weeks back and I was going to be needing a fair bit of repairs done. I dealt with the owner directly and he helped guide me through the process, advised me on what would be in my best interest while giving me options and was always there to answer any questions I may have had along the way. He went as far as providing me with photos of before and after repair jobs of houses with similar style and colour shingles so that I was completely aware of what mine would look like if I were to proceed. I wasn’t sure whether I would be going through insurance and a full re roof would be covered so Brad went through the trouble of quoting me several different scenarios so that I could make a more informed decision. Once I finally decided on what way I was going, after picking his brain apart for far too long, not only did him and his guy get the repairs done for me super quickly and without interruption to my tenants, they went above and beyond and cleaned up scuff marks on my siding made from shingles that had been flying around in the storm and and made sure that every tiny piece of debris from their job was picked up when they were done.

This company isn’t out to just make money, they truly do care about their clients and it shows. There is no doubt that I will be using them again when I need new roofs on my properties.

Very reasonable and impeccable customer service! Of all the four quotes I received, they were 2nd lowest in price but can’t say enough with their top-notch customer service. The owner did the work, not contracted out as like a couple of the roofers I got quoted for. They came as promised, did the work efficiently and no disruptions to my dayhome which was still operating while I had my roof done.
