My rental home in Spruce Grove was hit by the terrible wind storm that came through a few weeks back and I was going to be needing a fair bit of repairs done. I dealt with the owner directly and he helped guide me through the process, advised me on what would be in my best interest while giving me options and was always there to answer any questions I may have had along the way. He went as far as providing me with photos of before and after repair jobs of houses with similar style and colour shingles so that I was completely aware of what mine would look like if I were to proceed. I wasn’t sure whether I would be going through insurance and a full re roof would be covered so Brad went through the trouble of quoting me several different scenarios so that I could make a more informed decision. Once I finally decided on what way I was going, after picking his brain apart for far too long, not only did him and his guy get the repairs done for me super quickly and without interruption to my tenants, they went above and beyond and cleaned up scuff marks on my siding made from shingles that had been flying around in the storm and and made sure that every tiny piece of debris from their job was picked up when they were done. This company isn’t out to just make money, they truly do care about their clients and it shows. There is no doubt that I will be using them again when I need new roofs on my properties.
