Brad was recommended by my realtor, despite that, I still shopped around for quotes to do my due diligence. However, I found that Brad's quote was the most reasonable. It was great to work with him - he's very responsive, accommodating with my schedule and most importantly, did a superb work on my old house's main and detached garage roof. Definitely would recommend his roofing services to family and friends and will be my go-to if there's anything that needs to be worked on the roof in the future (fingers crossed I won't need his services anytime soon with our new roof!).
