I called at 4pm and was told that someone would be at my home between 5pm and 7pm. A technician arrived within an hour, and by 6:25pm, the spring and the cables were replaced and everything was working. Highly recommended.

Our door was overdue for a service. A call to these guys was promptly answered and the same afternoon the technician called to take a look. We inspected the door together and found the rollers to be on their last legs and some rust damage that threatened to cause a failure. The service was carried out by a really pleasant person (sorry I am no good with names) and all the faulty parts replaced. This door is probably good for another nine years thanks to these guys. The cost was reasonable in these times and they were professional in every way.

My garage door got stuck about 15 inches off the ground and wouldn’t move. I entered the garage from inside the house and realized that the coil mechanism wasn’t something that I wanted to touch my self.

I called First Responders, spoke with a guy named Steve. Based on my explanation from inside the garage, he assured me that it can be dealt with the same day... Nice!!

A few hours later a technician named Stan arrived, quoted me $245 to complete the job, I agreed. Job was completed in about an hour. Before he left, he even sprayed some components on the door to make it smoother and quieter.

I paid, he left... quick and painless.

I can recommend these guys.

I have used First Responders several times and have been happy each and every time! Their prices are very reasonable and communication is prompt. I have been able to get excellent service each time quickly! We have been so happy with them that we also had them install our new garage door opener in our new home. A few weeks later something went wrong with the manufacturer's coding and they came soon after and fixed it complimentary and when I left for a minute I hadn't noticed that the technician even brought my recycling in...lol! They are super friendly and highly professional and my go-to. I 100% recommend them to everyone!

Honestly, calling companies after an online search for an emergency repair job is tough and I was especially very weary of that method. Spoke with many technicians and luckily speaking with Zach, he was able to gain my trust and was professional on the phone, and gave me a reasonable quote. When he arrived, he came on time, and took his time with the job. He did great overall and I'm really happy we connected. Highly recommending him!

We were having issues opening the garage and also heard these very very weird squeaky noises. After calling a few companies, I felt most comfortable with First Responders. They were able to fix the issue for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
