My garage door got stuck about 15 inches off the ground and wouldn’t move. I entered the garage from inside the house and realized that the coil mechanism wasn’t something that I wanted to touch my self. I called First Responders, spoke with a guy named Steve. Based on my explanation from inside the garage, he assured me that it can be dealt with the same day... Nice!! A few hours later a technician named Stan arrived, quoted me $245 to complete the job, I agreed. Job was completed in about an hour. Before he left, he even sprayed some components on the door to make it smoother and quieter. I paid, he left... quick and painless. I can recommend these guys.
