Dishonest, Paid for Job Not Completed

Zack wont return my calls or texts. He said he would be back to put the trim around my garage doors, which I paid for. Keeps saying he has to get ahold of the technician. This was 4 months ago. My daughter calls now and he tells her that same thing. He left the plastic on in between the garage door panels which cant be removed now. I paid for work not completed- and he wont respond. Avoid this company at all costs.
