Ontario Roofing

Just completed roofing job with another roofing company. Very Professional! Previous job done by Nick Manno from Ontario Roofing. Very shoddy workmanships! Found ice shield plastic backing still intact, covered several vents with shingles, covered holes in plywood with shingles. Caused major problems with condensation and plywood damage. Don't go to a shoemaker for a roofing job.

Ontario Roofing replaced my roof shingles 16 years ago.
I got 3 quotes with Ontario Roofing being the lowest.
I am very happy with the completed job, Gaetano and his crew were very diligent and professional.

My complaint with this company is not with the work done, but the after serbice. This company put a new roof on our home about 5 years ago. Recently while doing a renovation in the upstairs bathroom we noticed a leak. It is causing damage in the ceiling. We called this company (a company we referred 3 other people to, who used them) and asked them to please take a look. We were willing to pay them to come out, we just needed the problem fixed. Several times they said they would come by and did not. We are still chasing them 6 WEEKS later. They are not giving us the time of day.
So when choosing a roofing company, my advice is to enquire about their after service.

we purchased a property a couple years ago and were anxious for replacing the roof immediately. Ontario roofing were the only company able to give me a quote within 10% as well as schedule the roof to be done soon after we took possesion of the property. we were very pleased with the work. The clean up was 90% perfect and they had to return to clean out the drain and adjust the eaves. great experience overall yet inspect the job with the foreman before they leave the site to make sure that everything has been completed. they were a little slow returning for the eaves but overall we were very satisfied with the workmanship

The crew arrived on time and worked quickly. However, they only do bare minimum as far as application goes so be sure to ask for extras such as Ice and water barrier as they only put three feet of felt paper. There was a gap between my sheathing and facia which was not pointed out to me and corrected. This later contributed to making a small leak worse. I wish they could have made some suggestions due to my low sloped roof to impove the protection of my roof. Lastly, A magnetic sweep wasn't done leaving nails around my property. I was told it was broken. Furthermore, when I had a leak it took them two weeks to show up and have a look which of course I had to call someone else to come and inspect it. I definitely do not recommed Ontario roofing.
