We had 2 custom closets designed with Dora, She was great! She worked with me to understand my needs and designed the perfects closets.
First we did my closet and then once my partner saw how great my closet was, he decided to have his done as well and Faisal was the installer and he did a great job.

Closets by Design is one of the best home design services that I have worked with. They have designed 2 closets for us. One of the closet space was really complicated because of the location and length

Seems like she have tons of experience in designing as she is always willing to share and recommend the best practices and ideas. Just book an appointment with her and she will do the rest. Second, their office associates were organized and flexible to work with. Lastly, the installer Faisal is really a great person to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable so if you have questions he will be happy to answer them. He was on time. He worked hard and really fast. They quality of his work is excellent with zero defects. Overall a really good experience and friendly service.

I was impressed by the expertise, efficieny, and willingness to deal witha client who had not thought rhe project through. Thanks, Sara. I was equally impressed by the closet isaller, Faisel. He showed up when promised he was super efficient in getting rhe materials and his tools up in the elevator. He workedquickly and left very little mess. The installations look very good. On day 2 he answered my questions. He worked with the buildi g staff to make the reval of waste material very efficient.i can not orIse these 2 people highly enouh. We did the closets for our new custom built home. This is one of the trade we really liked.

The creation of the drawing was very efficient and Sara listened to what we wanted. Faisal our installer was so pleasant and wonderful to deal with. He worked quickly and completed both closets in one day which was amazing. Where the downfall is that there is about $2500 worth of material that is not great quality (it’s melamine) and it was stated it was custom which is was not.
As a contractor and understanding material, I expect a lot more but I cannot change how companies work and materials they use.
What I will say is that the owner took it upon himself to ensure that he came out and made everything okay with our cabinets and us.

Very pleased with the superb design work by Sara and the fabulous installation work by Faisal.

We went from the classic wire shelving to an amazing custom design with ample hanging space, shelving and a even a drawer unit.

I love the built-in laundry hamper in my closet. Certainly beats the toss it on a shelf approach we had before.

We couldn't be happier.
