Hawk installed two Rinnai systems for me four years ago. They have been working flawlessly ever since, but require annual flushing to maintain peak performance.
They arrived on time and were quite professional in conducting the annual maintenance. (And if you ask ahead of time, they will give you a discount if you are having multiple systems serviced at the same time.)
