If you need a pool liner replaced, these are the guys to call. Excellent communication, price and customer service. Left it late in the season to call, but they still managed to accommodate me.
In this day and age where customer service is almost non existent, Mark & his guys went above and beyond. Even replacing jets which I cheekily left out by the pool on instal day.

Mark and his son Brandon did an excellent job removing and replacing my inground pool liner and correcting the placement of my coping line which other contractors said could not be rectified. Mark is an excellent find. Earlier this year, I referenced him from Homestars & am glad that I did. To start with, his quote was the lowest cost amongst all others that we had engaged with- for a 17X30 keyhole shape pool liner replacement. More than the price, it was his remarkable ability to connect with a new customer like us that drew us in. The initial visit was followed by one to open the pool, he was there with his son & removed the old liner, left the area spotlessly clean & tidy.

As luck would have it, upon removal of the old liner, we surfaced a surprise with the entire pool side wall rusted & beginning to corrode due to several pin size leaks in the old liner.

Mark was upfront about the solution options & worked with us to get through to the right one. This is always a grey area for any service provider & most are happy to capitalize on the client's situation, not Mark though! He only charged us a very reasonable amount to fix the issue.

He is a lightening rod when it comes to anything concerning pools, I admire his left brain & right brain compatibility for an ideal concoction of knowledge & application in this service oriented business. We are now looking at buying a security cover via his office. Highly recommend him.

Your company went beyond our expectations, from the install to the best price that anyone quoted us. What we enjoyed ever more was mark gave us the option to measure our pool with the water in it and only out of commission for 1 day. Most companies wanted to empty and leave empty for 3 to 4 weeks. Also Mark advised us our pool was deeper than we thought but left his quote the same price. Wishing your son luck on his new university change.
