We Discovered mould in the attic & were referred to AVR. I called Vince & within 3 days even though he was busy, he accommodated me & had his crew at my house like he said he would. His mould remediation crew were professional, courteous & on time. They explained procedure & even educated me on remediation protocol even though my back ground is Interior designer. We contacted AMR about mold problem in our kitchen and they arrived with a HEPA air filter within 2 hours. They advised us how to contain the mold in the affected area prior to remediation. Within 3 days they arrived and contained the area and removed the mold. Remediation was carried out within the time specified and all mold was removed from site. The affected area was treated to prevent further mold. The site was left clean and tidy and we were happy with the work carried out.
