It was a pleasure to work with Alex from EPF Pro services. He completely transformed the rooms by removing the old popcorn, replastering and painting the ceiling and doing touchups where needed all without having to remove existing crown molding or wall paint. Alex and his team did a fantastic job. From initial prep work to painting and clean up we could not have asked for better. Alex removed our nasty popcorn ceilings, added pot lights, painted all rooms including awesome jobs of spray painting our brand nee fireplace surround and built in cabinets on our second floor (5 coats each!!!). The work was meticulous. The best paint job we have ever seen! We would recommend EPF to all our family and friends. Alex is also a super nice guy and very easy to work with!

The job comprised several steps: sanding the popcorn down, patching, sanding, patching some more, sanding again, applying skim coat, sanding (why not?) - 5 days of very hard work yet always done with a smile, at great quality and on time.

Alex works great with other crews on site which makes him very efficient and, in my eyes, a very desirable as renovations need good communication, cooperation and timely execution. Alex delivers on all fronts.

The ceilings look really beautiful and I am very happy that we crossed paths. Looking forward to the next time. Highly recommended!

I had a small window of opportunity to remove the popcorn ceiling before the new flooring was installed. I called Alex on Saturday. He was onsite the next day with a quote. By Wednesday, he started the job. By Saturday afternoon he was finished. Extremely happy with the results. The ceiling looks absolutely perfect -no dips, waves, marks, seams....nothing. Completely perfect. Alex cleaned up after each day. He even offered to paint my kitchen ceiling for free because he had some paint left. I highly recommend Alex! His cost was worth every penny.

Had approximately 600 square feet (living and dining room) of painted popcorn ceiling removed and replaced by a flat ceiling. Also some patchwork and removal of a bulkhead. The workmanship was superb and there was much less dust than I had expected. Job was done in very good time and place was left clean
