The job comprised several steps: sanding the popcorn down, patching, sanding, patching some more, sanding again, applying skim coat, sanding (why not?) - 5 days of very hard work yet always done with a smile, at great quality and on time. Alex works great with other crews on site which makes him very efficient and, in my eyes, a very desirable as renovations need good communication, cooperation and timely execution. Alex delivers on all fronts. The ceilings look really beautiful and I am very happy that we crossed paths. Looking forward to the next time. Highly recommended! Best wishes to EPF!
