The staff especially Derek was fantastic.
We had an issue with out electric fireplace.
Derek and his team, brainstormed the problem, kept us informed every step of the way.
It was a pleasure doing service with them. Trustworthy and loyal!
Kudos also to Kevin, and Ken who works out of the Barrie Napoleon plant.
You were all very pleasant, Anas demonstrated a love for the work you do.
