Pacesetter Homes

We are in the process of building a new home with Pacesetter. I am very impressed with how things are done. Kristina is great. We have communication at every step, and I feel like I have a home building resource person, as well as a new friend! Design Q are making all the tough decisions with interior finishing much easier. We viewed many of the Pacesetter show homes before making our decision on which one to build. Pacesetter has beautiful upscale finishing options, and everyone we've met on the Pacesetter team is friendly, helpful and professional.

We ended up not building for now, but the care taken by sales manager Jessica McNabb was outstanding. We will be back in a few years to see her. Thank you Jessica!

Purchased our first home (townhouse) with Pacesetter Homes after looking at a few other builders. We appreciate the patience the sales team had being that we had absolutely no knowledge of what to expect when buying a home since it was our first. They certainly made it an enjoyable experience. They were able to walk us through the whole process and were guiding us each step of the way. They worked around our budget. They made sure each question we had was addressed. We have also dealt with the warranty team to resolve a minor issue post-possession (loosened weather stripping) and they were very quick to resolve our concern, even going out of their way to give us tips on caring for home equipments and the home in general. Will highly recommend Pacesetter Homes.
