Pacesetter Homes

After visiting many Showhomes and trying to find the builder that had everything on our "must-have" list, we often felt defeated after shopping for a home. Finally we visited the Pacesetter Showhome and they showed us a few homes. That was it, we found our new home the second house they showed us!
We were all so relieved...but what was even better was the deal. We had everything we wanted and the the price we were hoping for. I would recommend Pacesetter to anyone, truly happy with the quality, the customer service and the price. Based on our research of many builders Pacesetter is truly a master builder!

We were first time home buyers and didn’t know what to expect. Marissa Gabel definitely exceeded what we could have imagined in a sales rep. I felt like she was always there to answer our questions even when it was outside her working hours. We were so happy with our experience and would recommend Marissa to anyone looking for someone that will be there with you through your whole building experience.

Ms Tracy accomodate us when were looking for a house with our budget and help us until we can get one. She assisted us from searching until move in. She always update us thru email to let us know about our application and with that we feel happy and satisfied about the result. thanks miss tracy. i salute to your hard work and patience to us. thanks again.

The experience of buying our dream home was very challenging. The Cy Becker team of Sue and Patty helped us out tremendously. In fact, if it was not for Patty’s suggestion of the Zachary, we would probably still be in the condo being robbed of $520/month for condo fees.
We looked at the Zachary and were sold. I can’t count the amount of times that we went to Sherwood Park to see the show home there. We had so many question, probably enough to drive Sue and Patty to drink!
Professional, courteous, and people who actually “give a damn” about their client is just the surface of what Sue and Patty bring to the table. We would recommend them to anyone!
Sue’s design of our basement was phenomenal! No wasted space whatsoever!! FANTASTIC!!,

I don't think my husband and I could have found anyone better than Kristina to help us with buying our first house. She is very easy to work with and very helpful and definitely knows what she's doing! We will definitely be recommending Kristina and Pacesetter Homes to our friends and family looking to buy their first home!

We are currently in the process of building another house with Pacesetter, and once again we are having a very positive experience. The area manager Jesse and his assistant Gail have created a great experience from the very first day when we stepped in their show home. They are very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly and fun and they are always willing to go extra miles to help us. Thank you, Jesse and Gail. We will definitely recommend Pacesetter to our friends.

We bought our quick possession home from Billie 4 months ago. She is a great person to work with as well as her sales assistants namely Elina and Adriana. Billie helped us in buying our first home, walked us through the process and helped us with so many of our requests. :) Even she is on holidays, she would always reply as best as she could just to answer our queries and requests. She also gave us a very "beautiful" welcome gift. Her team is such a pleasure to work with to. Every time we want to take a peek of our home, they would always bring us there and answer so many questions that we had.

For the house itself, we had some issues encountered like the drafty doors on the front and deck entry, doors not even, insulation in the basement, small cracks on the driveway, etc. But since this is a new home, it takes a year to actually see the stability of the house. Every time we see some issues, we let Mason know and he is very quick to respond. A representative from Pacesetter, Crystal, went over our home after the 3-month period and she was very pleasant to deal with. We addressed all our issues and she said that they will fix them. Right now we haven't heard from them yet as they are busy but I know sooner or later, we'll get all our issues fixed.

The only thing I regret about our house now is how small the yard is. We bought our home in winter time so we didn't really see the actual size of the yard.

Overall, Pacesetter is great. I just hope that all our issues will get fixed. Every builder's reputation is solely based on customer satisfaction so hopefully we'll hear from them soon.

My wife and I bought our first home with Diane at Pacesetter Homes in Edmonton this past winter. We spent many weeks visiting all the other builder showhomes around the city. Finally we met Diane and immediately felt that she was caring and passionate about finding us a home and not just a house. She has always been extremely quick about getting back to us with any questions that arise during our home building process and updates us regularly with the progress. Visit Diane at Edgemont if you value passion, product knowledge, great client communication, and an overall positive home buying experience!

We purchased a new home in Stony Plain. Laurie was super friendly and helpful. Laurie was very relatable to being from this area and made our choice to purchase very easy. We love our new home and how approachable everyone we've dealt with has been. We will recommend Pacesetter and Laurie to many of our family and friends.

We are currently in the process of building a duplex with Pacesetter. We ended up drafting up a purchase agreement with Kristina in Devon for our duplex in Leduc. She rushed the process for us so that we could catch a promotion before it ended and drove the agreement from Devon to the office in Edmonton to make sure it got in, and reviewed, on time. She has addressed all of our issues and requests in a timely manner and with a smile and very friendly attitude. She has answered any questions we have had and has not hesitated to contact anyone she needs to in order to get us an answer. We have nothing but good things to say about her.

Our experience at Design Q was similar. The girls were all very helpful and were easy to work with.

Our house is not complete yet but so far the process has been great. The only complaint I have is the outrageous prices Pacesetter charges for a lot of the upgrades while building.

Overall it has been a good experience and I don't see any reason why the rest won't be the same.
