Tony was very thorough in his inspection throughout my recently purchased home in Victoria. I highly recommend Tony and All Points Inspection. He was able to guide me through the repairs needed to meet my short term budget and had great recommendations for the aanual repairs.

I had a second inspection done on a perspective home. All-Points had missed numerous items and when I tried to bring it to his attention he was borderline obnoxious and refused to listen or change anything on his report. Even the location of the water main shut-off was wrong. His report didn't well represent the deficiencies in the home -$525.

We had a home inspection from this company last year. The inspector seemed rushed to get through it. He highlighted things like light electrical boxes should be installed and better water sealing for the roof. These seemed like manageable costs, so we went ahead with the purchase. HE FAILED TO FIND THE ASBESTOS IN THE ATTIC. It will take thousands of dollars to remove it. It should be his business to know these things, especially for older homes. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL DO A THOROUGH JOB AND ADVISE YOU APPROPRIATELY.
