Bathroom - toilet blockage

Plumbing review in Whitby

My parents were experiencing a toilet blockage in their bathroom. As they're on a septic tank, we were concerned about where the issue really was and if it could be fixed. Roy was on his way to a funeral and he still made time to tend to my parents issue within hours. He was efficient, explained what happened and was able to fix the problem right away.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond for writing us an awesome review. We managed to get the funeral over with, I also went to Wal-Mart and purchased clothing expecting the worst. Would have been the best dressed plumber anyone has ever seen that's for sure.

Roy and his team did an outstanding job. Prior to selecting Protex Plumbing, Roy gave detailed answers to all my questions and walked through the different options with me. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. On top of his experience, his warm and charismatic personality is rare.

Roy did a fantastic job when he arrived. He was quick and thorough. He explained the entire job as he proceeded and offered many suggestions as to how to prolong the use of materials. He made me feel like a plumbing professional by the time he was done!

I would highly recommend Roy and his team at Protex Plumbing to anyone else looking for a reputable and professional company that they can count on. They go for the best long-term option, rather than the lowest short-term cost and their follow up is top grade. Thanks Roy, so pleased with your work and I wish you all the best; you deserve it!

Basement drain snaked, floor drain trap replaced.

Drain Services review in Toronto

Had a clogged main drain, basement flooded with sewage. The guys came in and snaked the drain efficiently, and also discovered a broken pipe. They excavated and replaced pipe efficiently. All within 6 hours. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Was red seal certified. Would recommend.
