Dan, Tan and his team painted all of our exterior brick, the door, window trim and two decks at our house in the Junction, Toronto. He gave a very reasonable quote, came on time and did a great job. He's a person who clearly believes in a high level of service and we're really happy with everything. They even came back two days later to do some touch ups. It's now looking perfect and I highly recommend the Santiago team.

Company painted 6 rooms hall ways and 3 bathrms. They filled in all the holes in the walls but did not sand/prime/finish them so they were quite noticeable thruout the house after painting. There was also streaking on one or two walls. The owner came to collect the money and was quite upset with us when we mentioned the defects. He commented that "what do we expect, Piano key walls" We are seniors and we feel he should have been more courteous and should have repaired the defects. We found out that he had this problem before !! Please do not use this company !!!!!!!!!

Came in and did a great job with a complete clean-up. Didn't ask for the money until we were completely satisfied. He even helped us tape and mud a section of ceiling in our laundry room for minimal costs... you can't even see where the damage was now.

Worst paint company I have ever hired. I have worked with a lot of painters over the years and this company by far is the worst. Had to redo some of the work and the painter spent a lot of his time sitting on my front steps smoking and looking at his phone. To top it all off he got paint on our front stone work on our house - about the size of a hand print right at eye level as you walk up our stair case. Now I have to research how to get paint off stone work and spend more money and time to fix something that should not have happen. I would highly suggest that you do not call this company. I would have been better off doing the job myself.
