We see our customers more than once a year because we provide all year long maintenance service starting from maintaining the windows and eavestroughs during the spring and fall. During the winter months we plow. We strive to establish and build long-term relationships with our customers that‘s why we take pride in ourselves on providing friendly, reliable service all year long.

Here at Richview Windows & Eaves Cleaning Inc. we take pride on providing the best possible window and eavestrough clean.

Our window clean includes washing frames, sills & scraping.

Our eavestrough clean includes the following:

1. Clean all levels of eaves including the garage.

2. Snake the downspouts, flush them with water and if the downspouts are really clogged we take the downspouts apart.

3. Includes removal of cages, full eavestrough and downspout inspection for any repairs .

4. Does not include removal of screens (leaf gourds)

5. We also provide pictures and videos of our eavestrough clean upon customer request.

If we see any repairs that need to take place while we clean the eavestrough we notify our customer right away with pictures and videos and hereafter we leave a service recommendation inside the mailbox.

I called Richview for window cleaning after seeing a lawn sign and reading some of the reviews here. You will not be disappointed in Trevor and his team's attention to detail. They are dedicated and professional in their dealings. Trevor promised to return as we ran out of time on the first visit (at my request) and he delivered as he said he would! Highly recommend.

Eaves trough downspout disconnect, cleanout, leave guard replacement, partial reconstruction of the eaves plus siding repair.

City advised that we needed to disconnect downspouts this year. We called a company that we have previously dealt with and they referred us to Richview as they didn't do disconnects. I called and they dropped by that day to see what needed to be done, offered solutions and provided a quote. They were able to do the work in the next couple of days, showed up when expected and finished that day. Meanwhile, a neighbour who saw the work also hired them to do their eaves. Great people to deal with and were very willing to answer any questions.

Diverting water away from your house is our specialty, keeping water at least six feet away from your foundation is a must in order to prevent any leaks into the house especially if the house is not water proofed. Thank you for using our service and hope to hear from you in the near future.

Trevor responded promptly to my call and was able to carry out the window cleaning and eaves troughs when I wanted. Our windows have never looked so clean, I am delighted with the job. Trevor and his workmate also cleaned the screens and are going to arrange replacement of the damaged ones next visit.

Richview replaced our leaf guards and cleaned the inside and outside of our eavestroughs. They also cleaned our exterior windows. Everything sparkles and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work, their level of professionalism and price. I would definitely recommend them.

If you want the best and more efficient way to have the eaves-troughs system working to its full potential it is always wise to upgrade your leaf guard system to Alu-Rex. This is the only leaf guard that comes with a manufacture warranty, and the only one we recommend to install. Three less thing to worry about: no maintenance to eaves-trough, protects eaves-trough system from ice damage during winter, heater cables not needed. We were glad to do the service for you. Feel free to always give us a call. Looking forward to do the windows again.
