City advised that we needed to disconnect downspouts this year. We called a company that we have previously dealt with and they referred us to Richview as they didn't do disconnects. I called and they dropped by that day to see what needed to be done, offered solutions and provided a quote. They were able to do the work in the next couple of days, showed up when expected and finished that day. Meanwhile, a neighbour who saw the work also hired them to do their eaves. Great people to deal with and were very willing to answer any questions.
