Basement drain for new furnace

We had a furnace installer come for a new furnace at my dads (senior) home but could not install as there was no drain for the new high efficiency furnace .We called main drain about it and Mr Stepan gave us 2 options either $400 if they were to do the job complete with finishing concrete or $250 for the complete piping job only if we wanted to do the finishing concrete ourselves since i told him myself and my brother in law do work with concrete.We agreed with them they(Mr .Stepan and Mr.Eugene) started immediately and within 2 hours everything was complete .Professional very reasonable and fast service (was not the first time main drain have done work for us either) Recommend 100%
