John used us to have a project cleaned and only paid 1/2 of the bill. He promised us many times to pay the other 1/2 but now wont answer our calls . Its been over 90 days

payment of the $811.13 that is out standing. He also says he is a member of the BBB organization on his website but when I search he is not.
