From the person answering the phone, to the service tech that arrived within 40 minutes - it was an absolute pleasure. We needed a door. A BIG door. And right away. No one else had one to fit and no one else could deliver in the time we had to work. Brandon S. at Whitby Garage Doors came to the rescue, finding the door we needed, getting it shipped quickly to his location, then driving more than five hours to bring us exactly what we needed at no additional cost. He even stayed to help with the hardware set-up, though we weren't expecting it and didn't pay for it. I am sure he was surprised that a customer way up in Haliburton cottage country would call his business for help, but he never questioned it and never complained about it, just took care of us. Thanks to Brandon the job is done. Well done.

Nick was out to our place last week to install our new garage doors. They look great. He called us ahead of our appointment to say his previous job was running long and when we could expect him. He completed the job on time with skill and professionalism. He was pleasant to talk with. The 2nd gentleman came a couple of days later and completed the capping (framing) of the garage door. Everything looks great. We are completely satisfied. My neighbour has just ordered his new garage door from Whitby garage doors.

Our shop had an old 16ft door that was damaged and spray foamed sealed from the precious owners. Whitby garage doors came in and took the old door out, reframed and put in a 12ft door in just a few hours! They were very professional and skilled. I would recommend them to anyone, they did a quality job! Big thank you to Nick and Brandon for giving us a functional garage again!

On time and excellent service provided by the contractor and service technician "Nick". The door was exactly as ordered.

Nick showed up exactly when he was expected, he was alone which concerned me at first but hey - what do I know. He discussed the job with me and within 5 minutes he was working to uninstall my old door. 20 minutes later my old door was down, another 10 and the old tracking system was gone. The new door went up exactly as planned and worked and looked excellent. Total job time about 1 hr 45 minutes, new door up. Really appreciate the prompt, and professional service. $975 taxes in, job done, with the window insert of my choosing. Right color, right job, right company! Hats off guys. I consider myself a DIY'er and this was worth paying for.

I have been wanting to replace my door for about a year. Was looking for a quality insulated door that would compliment my house. Chad came by and was very friendly and helpful and with a very competitiveprice for the door I was looking for. Brandon was also very helpful when I stopped by the shop a few times to chat.
