My 30 year old garage door opener failed and I had Whitby Garage Doors install a new opener. Unit was installed same day quickly and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars except the technician did not wear a face mask in the garage until I requested that he wear one. My wife and I were also working in and out of the garage at the same time. (Two garage doors). Also he ran the control wires across the window opening above the garage door rather than around the frame which is more acceptable practice.

Whitby Garage Doors replaced both of our old garage doors in August 2020. We received a written quote. The work was done exactly when in was scheduled, and completed quickly. Their employees were friendly and very professional. One door panel had a small dent on the inside, which as barely noticeable. Whitby doors insisted on replacing the panel, free of charge. The doors work great and look amazing. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors.

The staff is friendly and professional. We were brought some samples so that we could get an idea of the colour and material. The installation was on time clean (Peter was great). We had a question about the installation and someone came out to within a day to have a look and explain. I would definitely recommend them.

We had our garage doors installed last year. We are happy with the doors. A couple of months ago we heard a knocking sound when the door opened. We called Whitby Garage Doors. They came within a couple of days and repaired it, free of charge. We are very pleased with their service.

One of our garage doors needed an adjustment to return it to its silent operation. Brandon completed the adjustment quickly and professionally. Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, I was impressed with his very appropriate social distancing and use of PPE. I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors for new door/lift purchases and service!
