I would highly recommend Tyler for your heat and plumbing needs. He replaced a dying furnace that was only 5 years old and had been shoddily patched by the original contractors who built our house. I have to say it took a bit of time to get used to a 2-stage furnace over a conventional one, but we are very happy that the new furnace heats our place better, especially with the snowy winter we just experienced!

Tyler was quick, thorough and detailed. He is an honest and good-natured person and was a pleasure to have him work at both my Mom's and my sister's. I highly recommend him.

Noticed water leak from the sink on Saturday evening. Initially googled for a plumber with good review but failed to find one. However, found this homestars.com website. Initially I was not too sure even this site was legit or not but as I read the reviews of others, I got to know more about this site and also about Tyler from Heatworks. I contacted multiple companies with good reviews and Tyler was the first one to get back to me. Remember, it was Saturday evening and the companies with automatic answering machine said they will get back to me on Monday (I did get many calls back from them this morning as they said). Well, setting up appointment was easy, Tyler showed up on time at 9:15 AM and finished the job within the hours that he promised. I know it was a small job but it was done to the perfection.
One thing to note is that Tyler is the guy on his company website. It made me feel better to know who is coming to my house.
I already passed on his contact and also about this website to my coworkers and friends.

Tyler came out within 2 hours when we called. We had a nine year old hot water tank and we were going to go away for a month and were worried about it leaking. He gave us a quote with a couple of different options. Took a quick look at our furnace while he was here. Came with the new hot water tank and quickly installed it. Answered all of our questions. It looks great. I guess we won't know exactly how good it is until another 10 years or so, but we felt very confident that we were in good hands based on Tyler's promptness, seemingly honest answers (about how we could save money versus what's who opening a bit extra on) and professionalism. Would happily recommend this company.

I have an older hot water system and when my tank failed, I thought I was going to have to wait for over a week to have a replacement shipped to my house. Tyler was able to find one and get it installed within a day! The next day we had noticed that we were not getting much heat out of our system. Tyler once again came out to the house right away and found the issue and promptly solved it and stayed at the house until I was fully satisfied with the outcome. Great customer experience. Very personable and seems to really care about his work. I would highly recommend HeatWorks to anybody.

Great Service all-around. Tyler came and got our old furnace running the same day it died, then gave us a great deal on installing a new one the next day.

Tyler, who is the owner of Heatworks, takes great pride in providing high quality work. I was having undermount kitchen and bathroom sinks installed. When things became somewhat complicated on site he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done just right. He has earned my trust. HeatWorks plumbing and gas is a fantastic company to deal with. This is the third time I've had Tyler do work at my place. First was a hot water tank, then a dishwasher and hood fan, and now a furnace upgrade. Tyler has won my trust. He is honest, knowledgable, professional, and polite. His work is reasonable, and very neat, and everything is cleaner when he's finished, than when he started. I will, and i do, recommend him to my friends. I won't have anyone else do work like this at my place.
