Unlpug main sewer line

It all started with a backed up sewer, partially flooding the basement. I cleaned up the majority of the mess, thank you Shop Vac and shampooer. Called in these guys and was warned of a $70 arrival fee and then an estimate. They were quick to come the next day. The obvious was a plugged main line and a $498 fee to auger it out. No warranty which I insisted on because of the cost. He gave me one week. 3 days later it backed up again. They would not answer the phone now nor respond to their answering service. I tried calling on a cell phone and now they answered. They did come out again with another $70 fee plus they scoped the pipe with the camera snake with dire warnings of digging up the front yard. This was another $400. They cleaned the sewer this time from the proper spot(the back-flow preventer). No issues since.
I would not recommend this company. No uniforms, very dirty and unprofessional. With the $400 charge for the scope I got no diagram of where this supposed sag is for my own use.
Not expecting a back-up I should have researched more and read some reviews. Call around and get prices-they are very hesitant to tell you the cost since it is so high and unfair because it is an easy fix with an auger that can be rented. If the mess is there already don't rush the repair unless you're swimming in feces. The insurance company only pays for repairs to the house not the work that these guys do.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,100.00
