We knew when we bought our house in 2012 in Mountainside in Burlington that the maple in our back yard was going to be a problem. This tree was HUGE and seemed to touch the sky. We had an additional tree that needed a heavy pruning after years of neglect. Even approaching the idea of removing it was intimidating in itself. After 4 years and MANY fallen branches we called Arborwood. We had dealt with them in the past and liked their work. Their estimate came in at $1000.00 less than their competitors. We went with them and 2 weeks ago they leveled that maple. (SO NICE TO HAVE IT GONE!) It was gone in a day and Derek and his crew of 2 other guys didn't leave so much as a twig or a leaf behind. We came home from work and it was like the tree was never there!!!!! Would I hire them again? ABSOLUTELY!!!! We are glad though, that we don't have any more trees that size!!!!!
