Edward was very accommodating in arranging the time to quote and the time to install. The crew showed up on time and with all the pieces needed to complete the job. The complete job (5 rooms) was done in two days. Everyone was very professional. I would recommend getting the AC line cover kits installed at the time of the order, they just look great. The Mitsubishi units are extremely quite as promised by Edward.
