Elkin and his workers were extremely professional. He was honest, respectful, and clear about what to expect when. He answered all my questions and was never pushy or rude. During the project, he kept me up to date with the state of my roof and sent me pictures along the way. Clean up was incredible! One would never know that the roof was replaced after they were finished. Hes a perfectionist which helps with peace of mind of knowing it will be done right the first time. Amazing group! A great experience! I wish all trades used during my home renovation were this professional, prepared and knowledgeable. Incredible value and service for a completely new roof that required several board replacements - but all necessary product was prepared in advance and on site. Project was completed easily within the day and the site was left cleaner than the morning the crew arrived. Another notable mention was the product; Canadian made shingle for Canadian weather. I cant begin to express my gratitude to Elkin and his crew. We bought our home a couple years back and was told the roof was relatively new, however that was not the case at all. I had been dealing with leaks for a few months and had to bring in a professional. I called Elkin on Wednesday, he came out to provide a quote on Thursday and after deciding our best route of replacing the whole roof, he started and completed the job Saturday. Elkin is a man of his word and did everything he said he was going to do in a timely manner, especially this late in the year. We couldnt be happier with the job he did for us at such a fair and reasonable price - new plywood, shingles, and roof vents. We feel very lucky to have found somebody who was reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and did one hell of a job for us. I will be recommending Elkin to all that may need his services.
