Marco does snow removal in the winter, his customer service skills are virtually non existent when you point out short comings of the quality of work. He charged a pretty penny and did the bare minimum for snow clearing. His crew always came in the middle of the night yelling like it was the middle of the day. When I brought this to his attention as my neighbours complained constantly, I was met with indifference at best. His crew used my backyard as a toilet, they damaged my neighbours curb with his plow along with my grass. I had to chase him for weeks to get my lawn fixed on his dime.
BUYER BEWARE!!!

When do you expect snow removal to be done.. you're a very hard customer to please You complain there's too much salt you complain there's not enough salt for your picture We repaired your grass at no cost to you also, we hired another contractor for the grass repair. It was out of our control when they could complete the project Contractor beware do not deal with this lady
