Window Seal West

We needed to replace our bathroom window (it had a wood encasement in the shower?!) and 3 windows in the basement. The team was great in ensuring our shower window was installed correctly and with the right material. Then with our basement windows they ensured we had strong enough windows to withstand as puck, which was the reason the windows needed to replace in the first place. The installers was great, even taking the time to pet our very excited German Shepard. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable.

I don't often leave reviews, but this company went above and beyond. The process was clear, the costs were clear, the window was amazing and the service is worth more than 5 out of 5 stars.

He not only quoted our job, he was always on the job site along with another installer - digging for the new window wells, cutting and coring the concrete foundation, installing window wells and finally the window installation. Our house is 60 years old and now with the new windows they not only look fantastic but now meet safety fire code and are energy efficient. I appreciated the fact that this company did it all quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Window Seal West to replace our front and back doors. The representative Sergei was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was always available for any questions or concerns. The installation was professional and fast. We love our new doors and we would highly recommend this company.

The installation of the windows was much faster than anticipated, done in a very organized and professional way, with unexpected attention to details. The finishing was flawless; in fact, the sealing of the outside windows frame to the siding and filling the gap beside the brickwork was unexpected and done very well.

The only very minor detail that could be improved on was the usage of countersunk screws in the frames of the windows that open - should have been round or Pan head for better visual appearance.

We had very old windows and wanted to upgrade so Window Seal West gave us the best deal. Their workmanship was excellent and the windows were fitted with the least bother to us. Left the place looking like new. I would recommend Window Seal West to anyone who would like to upgrade their windows. Got a payment term and no interest charged. Cant get better.......
