Window Seal West

Got 2 windows changed from double pane to tripe pane:
1. the bathroom window which was a hung window changed. It made a huge difference after the installation in the overall temperature of the bathroom. Before it always used to be very cold but now the temperature is much warmer. The heat is retained a lot longer.
2. Fixed window by the staircase. The older double pane window was from 2003 and it left a so much condensation that ice formed and it started to ruin the trims and baseboards as the water thawed and went down. After the triple pane window, forget ice there is not even an condensation. There is no cold draft either which used to come.

Overall excellent product and best value I found when I did my research. The installation was good.
Only recommendation for the company: The installation date did get pushed back by 3 weeks and I had to call to make an appointment speed things up. My original contact who came to do the measurement was helpful in guiding me. The installers did not speak very much English so there was little communication or explanation of the installation process and what to expect or how long it would take.
