In order to complete this project, every aspect of renovation was implemented. We needed new furnaces and A/Cs, new duct work, new plumbing, new electrical, soundproofing, new kitchens and bathrooms, new closets, etc...and we needed it with a flair for design so that we could recoup at least some of our expenses by renting to A++ tenants. FAARA had to know and implement the current building codes for multi units, which were changing all the time. They worked effectively with an architect of our choosing and assumed responsibility for all their trades. They were approachable and as a result, we find ways to save some money through a better implementation than was originally designed. The only delays were caused by the city in terms of permits and inspections. An excellent job!

Working with Faara Group especialy the manager Farshad was a great experience from day one. The project was big however it was completed on time and within the budget. Farshad himself took care of working with the municipality getting permits. His team was very helpful and was always there for us.

The Faara Group designed and built a absolutely first class new home for us. Everything was well designed & engineered, they have a great style sense, and amazing attention to detail. They went way above code on everything including exterior cladding, insulation in the attic, drainage systems, and much more. We are extremely happy to recommend Farshad and the Faara group for any large renovation or new build!!!

We most enjoyed their knowledge of codes and regulations. We were informed prior to the reno. The team were all professionals and very talented in design and 3D. We were shown how the reno would look like in 3D prior to the construction. They managed to finish the project earlier than what we were told and there were no extra costs.
