Water Filtration & Purification review in

I was tricked into renting the tankless water heater in 2010 for 10 years. at 43 $ per month which then raised to 63 and and now their price is gone up to $ 70
I have paid over 10000 in this period in rent this heater cost is less then 2000 dollars.
After several attempts to reach them I asked them to cancel it after 12 years or buy it out.
They still wanted $ 1500 which i do not agree with and asked them to remove it as I am no longer bound by contract.
They have not responded to emails neither phone calls. Also continued to bill me,
I have no choice to advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from this company
