We came across Reimagine just in time to get our completely unfinished basement developed right before Christmas. Reimagine took the time to understand our needs and wants as we wanted to do something that wasn't quite standard. Bo took the time to get the design just right and answer all of our questions. When the planning and build process took over, everything was done on time, in fact they completed it a day early for us to get in and enjoy Christmas in our new basement. Bo, Peggy and Josh went the extra mile to ensure everything was done exactly right and on time. They were incredibly patient with our design and construction questions. The project was handled professionally from start to finish - and we never had to worry once about a cost or time overrun. Most importantly, they took the time to try and address our unique needs and concerns and not try to just push us through the process. I would highly recommend Reimagine - in fact I wish they did more than basements and garage renos as we'd have them in to renovate the rest of our house!! The house we bought had a basement that hadn’t been touched since it was built, and ReImagine Builders brought it up to code and finished it beautifully -on time and on budget. Peggy was a delight to deal with and all the trades were professional and friendly. Kind of sucks that the nicest part of my house is now the basement but we’re grateful and we love it!

We recently got our basement developed by Reimagine Builders and we are extremely happy and satisfied!!! Our basement had a weird layout and Bo (owner) came up with such a great design we never thought of on his initial visit. The quote he gave us was also almost $3,000 lower than the other company who came to give us a quote. Peggy (Project Manager) was so friendly, approachable and always goes an extra mile to ensure everything is going smoothly and on schedule. She is VERY, VERY prompt at addressing any issues or concerns which totally made things stress free while we were getting our basement developed. Josh (Quality Controller) ensured everything done by the the workers were exceptional and up to standards. He was straight to the point, focused on solutions and ensured all our expectations were met. All the workers were very courteous and professional. We had our basement developed by ReImagine Builders over the summer and we are EXTREMELY happy with the finished product! In the beginning, we had several quotes and even thought of coordinating the project ourselves but after our initial meeting with Bo and his quick return of an easy to understand and affordable quotation we knew we would be in good hands with ReImagine Builders! Bo made us feel like we were his only client by taking the time to discuss different possibilities and options for our basement. He is very knowledgeable about building codes, etc. and always had great advice on ways to keep costs down. The project started on time and was completed in 8 weeks, just what we needed for our teenagers who wanted the basement developed ASAP! Once the project started, Peggy and Josh were our first points of contact. Peggy was on top of everything right from the start, providing us with an easy to follow schedule. She is very friendly and approachable and goes the extra mile for each one of her clients! Peggy made sure she had regular contact with us and she accommodated changes we made during the project and never minded providing us with different quotes and updated invoices! Josh made sure that the work being done by the ReImagine Builders tradespeople was exceptional. It is very rare that my husband doesn’t critique building work that we have had done but he was nothing but smiles throughout our basement development! To say we are happy with the finished result is an understatement! In fact, we are all delighted to have this wonderful new space in our home, even our dog prefers to hang out down there!!
