We wanted to develop our basement and came across ReImagine Builders on Google reviews and decided to give them a try based on tremendous good reviews they had. They offered different packages for different budgets and a 5 year warranty to all their material and trades. So, we called in and spoke with Bo who came the following day for an on site quote. He provided suggestions based on our needs and budget and we went with pretty much everything he suggested. They were able to fit us in their schedule earlier than anticipated which worked in our favour since we wanted the project to be done asap. Bo was very professional, he listened to our needs and showed us how much potential there was in the project. We dealt with Josh the project manager, Peggy and Kloe for the rest of the project. They were all attentive to our concerns. Peggy and Kloe are a delight to deal with. They were easy to keep in touch either by text message or by email. Josh was flexible with us as well. He was very knowledgeable and had an answer to all our questions. They were flexible to any change we requested. The whole building project was a bliss. Their trades were competent, professional, polite. We were indicated stores where we made our choices for flooring, cabinets, tiles, etc. The stores had all varieties of material and a wide range of options. We were able to complete the project within budget and on time. We would definitely recommend ReImagine Builders to our family and friends.
