Home inspection for our new home
Dennis was great. He showed up well on advance before our appointment time and started to inspect our home. He walked us around the exterior of the home and then did his work inside. He also debriefed us on all of his findings, both inside and out. He gave us some general home maintenance tips and then generated a report within a matter of 30 minutes after his inspection was completed. He was a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend Dennis if you want a reliable and thorough inspector..thanks.

Thanks for your review, It was a pleasure to work with you, Yes the Tarion New Home Warranty Inspections are very important as there are always many items that the trades (construction workers) rush through and are hard to fine so having a tradesman, certified inspector help you fine these items, that may be overlooked is very important to your investment.
