We hired THYS initially to remove our living room carpet and put in hardwood to match our existing builder's wood. Since then we utilized THYS Construction again to instal wood flooring in our basement development. Trenton's work has been consistently above standard and has exceeded our expectations. He is reliable and has always been on time, shows up for work in a good mood and has an outstanding work ethic. We trust him enough to leave our home while he works. Recently THYS noticed that the wood floor that he replaced the carpet with did not perfectly match the builder's wood and he took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer and distributor. When no one would honour the product warranty, Trenton honoured his and helped us by ripping out the old wood and installing a new wood that we purchased. This is an honest, hardworking businessman who stands behind his work and honours his word!

Trenton replaced the flooring for us in our rental property townhouse. Firstly he advised us on laying LVT and laminate, texted samples to choose from, promptly supplied a quote, and placed the order. Everything was done efficiently, and the final price never exceeded the original quote. We are very pleased with the outcome. I never felt like I was either being or getting ripped off. First class service and workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Trenton.

Trenton removed the existing carpet and hardwood, including all of the stairs, nails etc. He sanded and made everything proper before laying down the new laminate.
He was fast, honest, courteous and accommodating. Came in on time, on budget (below even) and did an amazing job.

We had Thys Construction install new hard wood floor to replace old carpet in 2 larger living areas and a bedroom. We were very impressed with the quality of service and craftsmanship Trent had provided, the final product looks amazing. Trent is very knowledgeable and was patient answering all our question from start to finish. His pricing was very fair and more importantly Trent had won our trust and confidence. We'll be having Thys Construction back to do more rooms when budget permits. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

The end result is wonderful! Trent is punctual, organized and a great communicator. He is knowledgeable about flooring products and a skilled tradesman. He was flexible when the first product was defective and a new product needed to be selected. I would recommend him as a quality company.

The old floors were ripped out and new floors laid, I was educated about the process and then how to maintain them.
