There are no words to truly express the satisfaction of the job that was performed when Rob came by last Friday. Not only was the job performed on time it was clean and sealed better than I had hoped it would be. No mess left and even tossed in some extra work to kindly adjust a loose wire from my old garage door opener and correct a bad track above that was not running so smooth. All while putting up the new rails. TALK ABOUT SERVICE! Best value going in my opinion for the price paid and knock-your-socks-off professionalism from the time we met to give the quote to the time the doors arrived to be installed. I personally guarantee if you choose Direct Overhead Doors for your next garage door you will be 100% satisfied. Bank on it!

I contacted Rob, based on a referral from a friend. He was courteous and helpful on what type of garage door we required. He advised us the garage door was ordered and would be 3 weeks to arrive, so we were pleasantly surprised when he called within a week and a half and scheduled our installation. Rob is very professional. Comes out to your house with samples and when I asked for opinions on other work did not try to oversell for things not needed. The doors are wonderful and I definitely recommend the capping around the door frames. The installation job was top notch as well as clean up. Also when he says a time he will be there he is there at that time no waiting around. On top of that the price is the best around. Thanks for a wonderful door and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I found an ad for Direct Overhead Doors on kijiji and checked them out on homestars. The reviews seemed good and the price advertised seemed really reasonable. I contacted them and they came right away to check out the reno. We put down a deposit and a couple of weeks later the custom order door was in and ready to be installed. The installer was quick and clean. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to replace a garage door. We did ours in glass and aluminum and really love the look.

I contacted Rob thru Kijiji and he promptly responded. Rob and myself completed the quote thru email and arranged the installation thru email. The installer Alex was very knowledgeable and removed installed and cleaned up in less than 4 hrs. This experience was great.

I approached Rob after doing the door across the street. He was friendly and helpful every step of the way. He even spent an afternoon texting back and forth and sharing multiple pictures to make sure we picked the right colour. I was so surprised with what we got for the price. New door, new spring, even new roller tracks. I was astonished with what we got for the price. The door looks amazing (as you can see from the picture), even the inside of the garage looks 10X better. He ensured that all the seals were tight and he was done within half a day.
