New Garage Door

Rob and his father pleasantly surprised me, and specially my wife, by doing a great job. The door looks great and functions OK. The aluminum capping was a great suggestion and was nicely done by Rob father and completely changed the look of the door for just a little extra money. Both Rob and his father were professional, very polite and very efficient.

I highly recommend this company. From the onset, Rob (owner) was very knowledgable , professional and explained different options . When he came out to provide estimate, he brought with him mini sample doors and explained the different doors and its features. He took the time to

answer all my questions . Finally , I
drove home today to find the door
installed and I'm very happy. This
company takes pride in what they do and now I see what they are the best! The only down fall is that my front entrance doors now look awful while my garage doors look amazing !

I found Rob/Direct Overhead Doors on Kijiji and checked their review on homestars. That itself was promising. Once we called him and interacted him, we got nothing but a professional, prompt and courteous service. We were already talking to another company, but Rob was able to provide us with a competitive quote and better product and service.

He came with samples and helped us choose the right colour for our house. Rob has a great deal of knowledge and understanding of his business and was able to address/answer any questions I had based on what I had read online.

The job was completed in the time frame promised. It was quick and clean with no mess left behind. and both his dad and he are wonderful people to deal with.

I would definitely recommend Rob and his company to anyone looking to replace their garage doors! You will be 100% satisfied.
