I don't know the words to describe my experience! A gas leak was repaired, and,
then , the very thorough investigation led to an important discovery with regards to the water heater. The outcome was that CO was being vented into our home. The heater was so damaged, this company, led by Joel and his team , replaced the unit, they worked diligently , and even followed up in a timely fashion with electrical serviceman to ensure that it could be switched on and off. To top this off today, our crew paid another visit, and discovered that the new furnace we had in our home was leaking exhaust , described as a cracked feeder pipe, and resulting in us experiencing a return of the dizziness and nausea and headaches we had the first time around. Our gas was turned off again, and we are loving this! Fortunately, we did not have high levels of CO in our blood. This company is amazing, they save lives. The work is impeccable and I trust any opinion from their crew, any time. A special thanks to the Milton hospital and fire department, and, Joel, of course who has introduced us to the wide range of services they offer at GO Industries.

They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and had someone come out relatively fast. They were able to identify Rhenish and resolve it within a couple hours of getting the necessary part! I will use GO industries for majority of my repairs

The technicians who put in my furnace were very kind, they did it quickly and I was not long without heat. They made sure to get one that works with my thermostat.
And they explained how to use the thermostat as well. I would recommend go Inustries for furnaces.

Go Industries installed my toilet. The installer was knowledgeable and made it look simple. The toilet works well.

Beware of this Company and his apparent Company Wismers
Joel has put me thru to two credit collection agencies twice and still going through this with Met Credit.
Has been reported to Police and RCMP for further investigations.
Also he put it thru to the credit bureau and dealing with that too.

Joel from go heating and cooling is the worst most unprofessional,rude person I have ever met. My a/c unit which was just installed last year with a 10 yr warranty is leaking. He will not send anyone to fix it . Hopefully my furnace will work along with my thankless water heater. I had to call another repair company. Stay away from Joel from go heating and cooling barrie ontario. He is insane

I put down a %75 deposit at the beginning of December for $8500. It is Febraury, and I have asked for a refund of the deposit. The company shows well, paperwork, website home stars reviews. Thankfully Homestars has taken this company off their recommended list. There have been a series of complaints regarding people not getting their money back, work not done, people being left hanging. I made a mistake; I empire you to avoid making the same mistake and avoid GO Heating and their rep Joel at all costs. I have used Homestars in the past with tremendous success. However, this contractor has taken my deposit and refuses to take my calls about a refund. Not a single minute of labour was performed. Avoid at all costs. Estimation for two baths renovati ms was about $11000.

Was sent by my hpme.insurance to fix a clogged sink last year. They quoted me for something that they wanted replaced but obviously is not the issue. JOEL even threatened me that if i did not have him replace the pipes, he will report to the insurance that my piping was the issue and I wont get coverage. To make things short, i somehow agreed to have them fix the problem outside of the insurance claim and guess what? They could not.unclog the sink... it took them 10hours replacing pipes which did npt fix the problem. i
called another company and within 10mins, my sink was unclogged.
1 year later, i get a bill from GO heating for $62,000 that i apparently owe? They will take advantage, please beware

Joel was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. He was knowledges and discussed all the options with me.
