Joel and his team were absolutely amazing. They turned every stone to make my AC install a success. It was a difficult job that other companies had turned down and Joel didn't hesitate to take it on. He fixed the last contractors mistakes and didn't give up until I had central air! Very professional crew and I now have them on speed dial for all my HVAC needs. It's a huge challenge finding someone local that can be relied upon for cottage needs and emergencies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Joel and your team. I only wish I had that kind of hands on service at home in the city where we are all just a number.

When our a/c system started leaking water onto our basement floor we had to call our mortgage warranty into play. We were set up with Joel from the Barrie Go heating location. He drove all the way to our home on a Saturday to diagnose our problem and let us know the claims procedure. Joel explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand for someone that has no knowledge of HVAC. He made the claim and got all the parts ordered for the repair. When the install technicians arrived they had everything they needed and completed a professional install. Much better install that the unit they removed. Joel took care of all of the claims and we didn’t need to pay anything. Thank you Joel and the Go Heating team for all the great work.

Joel and his team could not have been more,responsive and helpful,during purchase and installation phase. I have a problem with my brand new hot water system and can not get a return call. I have called 1-2 times per day for 2,weeks now and not a single call back. I fell like they have their money and I am no longer worth calling.

I had purchased a Groupon for their service. Had a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone to make an appointment. Emailed, left a voicemail and my name and number several times. I went to the office, as well. I would not reccomend them poor customer service and way of operating their scheduling.

Called three times in last three weeks to schedule appointment, each time they would say that nobody is available right now and someone would call but nobody calls back. Schedulling an appointment itself is a struggle not sure how service would be. Will update when able to avail their service. Hope they take note of this review.

Good service provided. Furnace installed as promised. On time and good quality. All working as expected. Will have warranty. Expect good service. Recommend to anyone that need a new furnace.

GO Mechanical installed a natural gas furnace in my home. The company was fantastic and the job they did was as well. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
