I called Alexei to replace an old cartdrige to a faucet in the shower tube. He had to order that type of cartdrige but nothing to worry for me from the moment he came to check the issue until 2 weeks later when the part arrived and he came to replace it.
When I first spoke with him, Alexei managed to come very shortly which I ussualy appreciate since it’s always urgent when we have such needs
