The work was done on time and very professionally.
A quote was provided professionally and all my questions was answered as I am very picky and have lots of questions. They give me enough time to ask my questions and alternative solution was provided.
Also the job was completed properly and my thermostat had an issue with the update , the thermostat was returned and new one was installed.
They have more focus on customer satisfaction and they are not looking for a quick installation and getting out of your door. They take their time to make sure the customer is satisfied.

The Carrier heat pump was recommended by Ariana Heating & Air Conditioning and in my opinion it is a very efficient and quiet unit. Ariana has offered a customized solution for us to heat the entire 2nd floor (4 bedrooms and 2 bath), it was installed last week and we are amazed at how well it maintains the temperature that we set it at. No more electric baseboard type heating!

We would highly recommend this company. The installers were very professional and the work was done quickly and without hassle of any sort. Clean up was well done, and the installation looks very good, the compressor, ductwork, insulation, electrical and at the air handler.

They investigated the tank and surrounding area and found that the water pressure exceeded standard values and advised us to call in a plumber to remove and replace the PRV and main shut off valve to the building

Showed up on time and quickly isolated and repaired the issue. I would recommend their work.

Hamid was responsive and provided good service in answering my questions through phone and text. Hamid helped me setup a process strategy in having COIT come in to first clean my furnace before Ariana Heating came in to replace my heat exchanger. After the job was done, Hamid also sent a picture of COITs cleaning job to ensure that it was done correct.
