When buying a new property it is easy to assume everything will be “new” and “perfect”, and may often wonder why do I need a home inspection ? Do I need a home inspections, is it necessary ?
I will tell you, YES, you need a home inspection and YES it is necessary, specially if you have the keen eye of the I Find It Inspection team.
I had the pleasure of working with Paul and his team, as he lead the inspection of my very first home purchase. He found things that I would have never found, and I consider myself very detail oriented. Often times what may seem obvious to a new home buyer, it is not! One does not always check if the appliances are hooked up correctly, if doors close or if there are any deficiencies with how water runs in the washrooms to name a few! The inspector was timely and efficient. Problem areas identified and solutions suggested. Basic function of the heating, hot water explained and labelled. A written report sent by email with photos.

Paul came from I find it inspections for a house i just purchased in mission. He went over the house in great detail and showed me all the attention areas. was really impressed with the tools they use to find water damage etc. He showed me a full report on site and gave me a run down aswell. very pleased with there services, would use them again.
