When buying a new property it is easy to assume everything will be “new” and “perfect”, and may often wonder why do I need a home inspection ? Do I need a home inspections, is it necessary ?
I will tell you, YES, you need a home inspection and YES it is necessary, specially if you have the keen eye of the I Find It Inspection team.
I had the pleasure of working with Paul and his team, as he lead the inspection of my very first home purchase. He found things that I would have never found, and I consider myself very detail oriented. Often times what may seem obvious to a new home buyer, it is not!
